Service Philosophy

Upon receiving customer inquiries or fault complaints via phone, our service staff will collect comprehensive fault information, organize technical personnel to analyze the fault symptoms, provide clear responses to users, and inform them of the problem resolution timeline and solutions.

During system operation, after collecting comprehensive fault information and analyzing the fault symptoms, our service staff will provide on-site technical support for problems that cannot be resolved through phone communication. Tikind commits to providing fault handling solutions and resolving issues within 24 hours. After troubleshooting, detailed descriptions of the problems and solutions will be recorded, and improvement suggestions will be provided to customers as a reference for their maintenance work.

For the hardware equipment used in this system, if any of the following situations occur during the product warranty period (equipment shortage or damage, faults or malfunctions, failure to meet performance and technical specifications), Tikind will provide free replacement, repair, or on-site replacement services.

Large-scale application systems often encounter unforeseen problems due to interference from various unexpected factors during operation. Based on our experience with previous integration projects, potential sudden issues during system operation may include: equipment damage, line faults, software errors, operational errors, virus attacks, and unauthorized access.

Tikind builds an integrated “Hardware + Platform + Operation” business system, with three core business sectors covering full-scenario building energy-saving demands. On the hardware side, we independently develop cloud sensors, intelligent collection gateways, air conditioning metering controllers and energy split managers. On the software platform side, we launch EMMS energy metering system and integrated energy management platform to realize real-time energy monitoring, split billing, energy efficiency data analysis and remote control. The operation division provides long-term trusteeship and maintenance for parks and district cooling & heating. Empowered by AI, we create three solution systems: AI energy management, AI air conditioning metering and AI district energy, fitting office buildings, hospitals, universities, industrial parks and urban comprehensive energy supply, delivering economical, eco-friendly and systematic one-stop energy management services.
By the end of 2025, Tikind’s products and integrated solutions have served nearly 5,000 landmark buildings worldwide, covering over 3 million end users and more than 250 million square meters of construction space. Tikind realizes independent R&D and production of full-chain smart energy hardware and software, covering three tiers: sensing terminals, transmission gateways and cloud management platforms. Hardware includes TKD-VS split collectors, TKD-S100 bus meters, split air conditioning controllers and energy split managers, all passing authoritative inspection and certification. Software includes self-developed systems such as EMMS3000 energy metering platform, TKD-EMS integrated energy management software and time-type meter embedded programs, with a total of 81 patents and software copyrights. The full product suite fits scenarios including central air conditioning split billing, park energy monitoring, district cooling & heating and public building energy efficiency control.
